Privacy Policy

DriversNest ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is developed by Trong Le, doing business as CodeWithTrong ("Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it on iOS or Android.
1. Account Required
DriversNest requires an account to use the App. You can sign in with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. There is no guest or anonymous mode.
2. Information the App Stores
The App allows you to track:
- Vehicle profiles (year, make, model, nickname, cover photo, mileage)
- Maintenance and fuel logs, upgrades, and per-vehicle notes
- Photos you attach to vehicles, invoices, or your profile
- Your profile display name, avatar, and plan tier
On the Free and Garage+ plans, all of this data is stored locally on your device. On the Pro plan, this same data is also backed up and synced to our hosted backend (Supabase) so it can be restored on a new device or synced across multiple devices. Data stored remotely is protected with row-level security so that only your account can access your data.
3. Third-Party Services
DriversNest uses the following third-party services:

We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and the App does not track you across other apps or websites.
4. Permissions the App Requests

| Camera | Used to take photos of your vehicles and to attach photos of service invoices or receipts to a log entry. |
| Photo Library | Used to select existing photos for vehicle covers, invoice attachments, or your profile avatar. |
| Notifications | Used to deliver maintenance and service reminders you configure within the App. |
Your device's permission system may also show requests related to microphone or screen-overlay access. These are not features DriversNest uses; they are included automatically by bundled third-party components the App relies on. DriversNest does not record audio or display overlays as a feature.
5. In-App Purchases
DriversNest offers optional paid plans (Garage+, a one-time purchase, and Pro, a recurring subscription) processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play billing, via RevenueCat. The App does not collect, transmit, or store your payment information; that is handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party outside of the service providers listed above, which process data solely to provide the App's functionality.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete individual vehicles, logs, or notes directly within the App. Deleting your account removes your data from our backend. If you are on the Free or Garage+ plan and never enabled Pro sync, your data exists only on your device and is removed when you delete the App.
8. Security
Remote data is protected using authentication and row-level security so only your account can access it. Data stored only on your device depends on your device's own security, such as a passcode, biometric lock, or device encryption.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features. We will update the "Effective Date" above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
