Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information CodeWithTrong ("we", "us") collects through this website, codewithtrong.com, and what we do with it. It covers the waitlists, the updates list, the feedback form, and feedback sent from inside our apps or through TestFlight.

Each app has its own privacy policy covering the app itself. You can find it on that app's page under Privacy Policy.

The short version

  • We only collect what you type into a form.
  • Your email is used to tell you about the app you signed up for, and nothing else.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your information for advertising.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

What we collect

Waitlists and the updates list. When you join an app's waitlist or sign up for company updates, we store your email address, which list you joined, and when.

Feedback. When you send feedback, we store what you enter: the app, the type of feedback, the title and details, and, if you choose to provide them, a rating, your platform, the app version, and your email address. We also store your browser's user-agent string (which browser and operating system you're using) to help reproduce bugs.

Feedback from inside our apps. When you send feedback from one of our apps, we store the same details as above plus technical information the app attaches automatically: the app version and build, your device model, operating system version, and language setting.

TestFlight beta feedback. If you test an iOS app through Apple's TestFlight and send feedback or a crash report there, Apple shares it with us. We copy your comment, the email address Apple provides, device and build details, and any crash log into the same system, and view your screenshots through Apple without storing them.

What we don't collect. This site has no user accounts, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse; we don't combine that with anything you submit.

How we use it

  • To email you about the app or list you signed up for: beta invitations, launch announcements, and major updates.
  • To read, follow up on, and act on feedback. If you left an email address with your feedback, we may reply to it.
  • To keep the forms working and free of spam.

We don't use your information to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information with anyone for their own use. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they only handle data on our behalf:

  • Apple provides TestFlight feedback from beta testers to us.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Supabase stores waitlist signups and feedback.
  • An email delivery service may be used to send waitlist and update emails.

We may also disclose information if required to by law.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, or until the app launches and the waitlist is no longer needed. Feedback is kept as long as it's useful for improving the apps. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your choices

  • Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe.
  • To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email support@codewithtrong.com from the address you signed up with. We'll respond within 30 days.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data, such as under the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us and we'll honor them.

Security

Submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in a database that the public website can write to but not read from. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who and what can access your information.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the devlog.
